Earth Probiotic provides all natural probiotic solutions for the house, garden and health. Food waste recycling: Recycling all your food waste into soil food can be easy and fast. This all natural solution combines Effective Micro organism Technology or “friendly bacteria” coined “Bokashi” and airtight digester bins to recycle food waste. Our system produces no methane gases and also eliminates harmful bacteria such as e coli.
Unlike other forms of composting, with Bokashi (bran infused micro-organisms) you can recycle ALL food waste including cooked and uncooked meat, dairy and small bones. It works by layering up food waste with Bokashi in the digester bins. Once full the bin is left to stand for two weeks. Thereafter it can be added to garden waste, trenched (or fed to wormeries). After 6-8 weeks the recycled food waste will have broken down completely, and turned into a highly nutritious soil food/compost.
We also supply a range of liquid probiotics for human, animal, garden and environmental health. Made from a consortium of pro biotic bacteria, yeasts and molasses these all-natural products aim to make your life better without the use of harmful chemicals. These products include cleaning, garden and health boosters.

I moved into a flat in 2014 and had no place for a compost heap. The only way I could compost was by using this Bokashi indoor composter. We called it the "Bokaki Bin" :-) Its really amazing that by adding a few scoops of bran, the food waste starts to ferment and is completely odorless. I would bury the contents once a month in my friend's veggie garden. Within a few weeks, it would turn completely black. We shared in using the nutrient rich soil for both our veggie gardens. I also drained the fluid and diluted it to make compost tea for my windowsill boxes of herbs and veggies. I poured the concentrated fluid down the drain to reduce food bits building up and it worked! I saved most of my food waste from going to a landfill site for the whole of 2014 and I continue to use it now. The bucket is a bit pricey but the costs are pretty low for the bran depending on where you buy it. But its so worth being able to recycle nutrients in a bucket in your own home! So I would gladly recommend it to everyone :-)
