Sani Lodge Backpackers – Responsible Tourism Destination offers accommodation to people from South Africa and international guests. The business started in 1992 and is still owned and managed by the same people - Russell and Simone Suchet, who are passionate about the mountains, environment and living in harmony with one's surrounds. They love to share their tranquil place with guests seeking time out of the 'busyness' of life. The tours offered take you up the Sani Pass into Lesotho where you may choose to pony trek, hike or immerse yourself in Basotho culture. Guided hikes to rock art supports the iKhomani bushmen in the Kalahari. Volunteering at local rural Primary school is a life changing experience.

Sani Lodge provides all the tour operator services you will need for exploring the Drakensberg.
