It is always a struggle to find a restaurant/coffee shop that serves vegetarian/vegan healthy food, never mind GOOD vegetarian/vegan! The experience at Pure Cafe was an extremely pleasant and healthy one! Thanks for setting the example in a small town of how easy and good vegan/vegetarian food can be.
