Earth Junkies Foundation

A global capacity development initiative that works with children and their educators in diverse communities, Earth Junkies Foundation promotes ecological citizenship by creating learning arenas which foster lasting, empathetic relationships with nature. Drawing on the imagination and powerful creative capacities of these future custodians of the planet, the project aims to inspire an awakened sense of ecological literacy by focusing on experiences of the youth. Earth Junkies believes that it is through children that we might remember and realize a new emphasis on what we have known all along.

Earth Junkies creates a global space where children from all over the world imaginatively build their relationships with nature and each other, distilling their values through listening and empathy, inspiring personal and social consciousness.
