Owl Rescue Centre

Owl Rescue Centre is a Non-Profit Company that is aimed at the conservation of all owl species within Southern Africa. Owl Rescue Centre’s projects are aimed to find a solution to the threats owls face. We sell eco-friendly & conservation products such as Owl Houses, Bat Houses, Owl-friendly Rat Traps etc.

We provide a rat trap service to discourage people from using harmful chemicals for rodent control.  The rat trap project is an initiative to protect owls and other non-target wildlife from secondary poisoning.

Owl Rescue Centre follows a philosophy of minimal human interference to nature’s natural means.  We lend a hand to the owls when they need us, but we allow them to stay wild and return to their natural habitat when they no longer require our assistance.  All our methods are aimed to allow owls to get back to a natural existence while giving them the best possible chance of survival.
