Nkwazi Eco Backpackers

Nkwazi Eco Backpackers is a sustainable development project with Backpackers-style communal living accommodation in our newly renovated farmhouse. We started developing the land around the backpackers in September 2014 using the principles of Permaculture to guide us to a cleaner, healthier life with less impact on our beautiful Mother Earth. We offer volunteer programs for those keen to get stuck in and learn the joys of day-today life on a farm slash backpackers – growing, harvesting and preparing food, caring for animals and so much more! . We have seasonal fresh produce and preserves for sale and also offer home-grown home-made meals incorporating as much as possible from our gardens. Just a 5 minute drive from Zinkwazi’s stunning Beach & Lagoon, Nkwazi Eco Backpackers has the best of both worlds! Come and see for yourself ;)
