Innovative winemaking, organic agriculture, a fair trade business model and outstanding value for money are the foundations of Stellar Organic Winery’s success in the competitive wine market. The winery and 14 independent grape producer farms, certified for Fair Trade and Social Responsibility by IMO Fair for Life, make up the Stellar Winery Multi-Estate. The workers own 26% of the winery and the brands.The farms are located in the Lower Olifants River Valley from Trawal in the south up to Koekenaap, in the Olifants River Wine Route.
Certified Organic since 2001 and Fair Trade since 2004, Stellar’s fair trade organic and no–sulphur-added wines are consistently in high demand in the local and overseas markets; there is a Stellar product for any occasion.
